In April, 2016 FREE Institute’s study group, comprising scholars from different Polish universities, prepared a proposition for Polish higher education reform and presented it to the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, as a part of the Statute 2.0 contest.

According to Ministry’s official statement, there had been 15 applications from research centres. FREE’s project placed 5th, with A grade. Full text of the proposition can be found at: proposition for higher education reform.
