Today I had the pleasure to take part in an interesting webinar on the „Digital Services Act” project organized by the AI ​​Law Tech Foundation, attorney Roman Bieda. Together with Dr. Damian Flisak, we discussed the key areas of the new project, from the content blocking procedure, through due diligence obligations imposed on online platforms, to the repercussions that the new regulation may have for European consumers.
