On 8th December 2017 r. we took part in a prestigous annaul international human rights conference in Tallin, Estonia titled “Are human rights in freefall” devoted to inter alia a discussion on the impact of new technologies on human rights. Prof. Polański argued that we need laws that are capable of being easy to understand not only for humans but also for machines. Laws in the new technological era shall be expressed not only in human language but also in computer code to be effective. Therefore, we need rules that are a lot clearer than today.
