In an interview with Rzeczpospolita today, I discuss the key features of the Digital Services Act, which is expected to become law soon and change the way many websites operate. Although at the last moment the possibility of passing the new law was put in doubt due to a delayed reaction of entities protecting intellectual property rights, which found the “notice and stay down” model too liberal for their needs, the question of passing this European law is only a matter of time.
